By connecting your Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook Calendar account to LERE, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

LERE provides scheduling and booking management tools that allow users to connect external calendar services for appointment synchronization and availability management.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Use the platform lawfully and responsibly
  • Ensure you have authority to connect any calendar accounts used with LERE

3. Calendar Synchronization

By enabling calendar integration, you authorize LERE to:

  • View calendar availability
  • Create and modify calendar events
  • Synchronize appointments between connected platforms

Synchronization accuracy may depend on third-party platform availability and API performance.

4. Third-Party Services

LERE relies on external providers including Google and Microsoft APIs. We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, or policy changes affecting those services.

5. Limitation of Liability

LERE and Qolaro Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Data delays caused by third-party integrations
  • Temporary service interruptions
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, software, systems, and content associated with LERE remain the intellectual property of Qolaro Limited.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where users violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
